I am married to my loving husband for more than 40 years now. I am a mother to 3 beautiful children, until years ago when I lost my youngest son. Since then my life is forever altered but yet unbroken....

My Travel Journal

"There isn't much I haven't shared with you along the road and through it all there'd always be tomorrow's episode" - Elton John

I started traveling around the world since early 80s when I had the opportunity to combine business trips with vacations. Then later when my rezeki is in abundance, there were numerous other trips along the way for vacations, most of the time with hubby and the kids when the timing is right. I have also started to compile the journal and photo-pages covering almost more than 45 years of world wide travel. Some destinations I visited just once, others many times. Many of those places are the obvious famous places people would like to visit but some, the casual traveler doesn't even think to try. I have placed links to my travel at the side bar of my personal page, My Life Reflections, and will be updating them from time to time.

My wish is to continue my travel and complete circumnavigate the globe, insyaAllah…

2013 KQ2: 13 Cha'am - Hatyai

"The greatest weapon against stress is our ability to choose one thought over another..."

KEMBARA QURBAN 2

DAY 13: 23 OCT 2013 – WEDNESDAY
CHA'AM - HATYAI
DISTANCE : 750 KM

We got ready very early and packed our things. We didn't have our breakfast so we walked to the beach but there was nothing that we could buy for breakfast.

(Watching the sunset at Cha'am beach)
(Still early but already many people on the beach)

This morning three from the group, Syed, Zaini and Fadzil decided to ride to Koh Samui and stayed there for two nights. They planned to meet up with us in Hatyai on Friday and ride to KL together.

(We stayed in the same hotel on our last trip)
(All packed and ready to ride)

We stopped for refueling and had a light lunch at the Amazon. The ride to Hatyai was smooth even though there were a few accidents on the way. It was raining heavily when we were nearing Hatyai but the rain stopped when we reached Grand Plaza Hotel. It was already 2200 at night.

(Riding out of the busy streets of Cha'am)
(Riding in disciplined formation)
(Our favorite Coffee Latte from the Amazon)

After we checked in and rested a while we went to the stall across the hotel and had a late dinner of mihun soup, pulut durian and pulut mangga.

(Safely arrived in Hatyai, with broken number plate)

Later we went for an hour of relaxing foot massage.
