2018 Bigfoot Beaches of Thailand I - 01 Yeoser Beach Nakhon Si Thammarat

“Your positive action combined with positive thinking results in success.” – Shiv Khera

(Yeoser Beach, Tha Sala)

Date: 10 August 2018
Route: Bukit Kayu Hitam - Nakhon Si Thammarat
Hotel: Yeoser Beach Resort

As one of the pioneers of the Malaysian Girl Scout Movement, I was awarded with Pingat Jasa Pengakap (P.J.P.) by Majlis Persekutuan Pengakap Malaysia in Sungai Petani in conjunction with the 50th Anniversary of the Girl Scout Movement in Malaysia.

After the Scout event, dear hubby and I decided to cross into Thailand and explore a few beaches of Southern Thailand. We drove direct towards Nakhon Si Thammarat with lunch stop in Hatyai and coffee break at Route 41 Cafe. We ended up at an off the beaten track Yeoser Beach in Tha Sala where we stayed a night in a quiet chalet of Yeoser Beach Resort for Baht1200/night.

The private and quiet beach resort is owned by a friendly Canadian/Thai couple. Tonight we had our Tomyam dinner by the pool overlooking the beautiful beach.

(Clean cozy chalets by the beach)
(The beach is secluded and private)
(Talking a walk on the beach)
(A long stretch of sandy beach)
(Watching the sunset from the bamboo swing)
(A well kept garden and clean pool)
(Delicious Tomyam cooked by the owner of the resort)

Tonight we allow ourselves to experience a little piece of calmness, peace and quiet natural surroundings, with the soothing sounds of the sea to help us to relax and unwind.
