Route: Mae Hong Son - Mae Sot
Distance: 318 km (5:46)

We had breakfast in the room before we checked out. This morning we drove on highway 108 towards Mae Sariang.

(Exiting the town of the Shan Hills)
(The stunning view of the mountains)
(The Mae Hong Son Loop, popular with the bikers)

Stopped at Ban Mae La Luang view point for some photo of the beautiful scenery of the paddy fields. It is worth stopping for a cup of coffee after a long journey.

About 11.30 am arrived in Mae Sariang and refueled at a PTT and bought some provision. Visited Masjid Jamiatul Islam of Mae Sariang and performed solat sunat there. This was our first time visiting this mosque even though we passed the mosque several times before.

Had lunch nasi lauk at Adam Khao Soi halal restaurant near the mosque. Bought a pack of Gano coffee from the owner. There is another halal eatery Khao Soi Halima restaurant in town that we are yet to try.

From Mae Sariang we drove on highway 105 to Mae Sot but had to stop at a gazebo along the way to perform our solat jamak Zohor/Asar. It was already dark when we arrived in Mae Sot. We had dinner of roti and samosa at Palak Halal restaurant in front of Nurul Islam Mosque.

Checked in B2 Boutique & Budget Hotel for RM66/night. This new hotel is located away from the busy town center. The room is quite spacious and clean.
