2016 Q5 4NR Day 22 : Dannok – Kuala Lumpur

(Crossing the border to home sweet home)

Day 22: Sunday, 18 Dec 2016
Route: Dannok – Kuala Lumpur
Distance: 499 km

They were many tourists staying in Oliver Hotel so the process of checking out this morning was a little slow. To beat the morning crowd, by 8:45 am we were ready to ride to the Bukit Kayu Hitam border. Border clearance was swift and by 9:00 am we entered our mother land safely.

Once in Changlun, we refuelled then detoured to Kg. Chermai, Perlis for a hearty delicious early lunch prepared by Mak Chun, Mad Wan’s beloved dotting mother. This is a repeat of last year after we completed our 4th four-nation ride with the KKB gang.

The weather was sunny and clear when we rode back towards KL and reached our Bidara House around 4:00 pm.

Alhamdulillah…
